Second bedroom has a double bed (140x190cm)

There is a sofa bed in the living room.

The apartment sleeps up to 6 guests.

The living room has a TV, a dining area and kitchen including kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and microwave.

​

There is filtered water at the kitchen tap, so no need to buy bottled water.

​

Air conditioning throughout.

Fast wi-fi included.

Pillows - there is a soft and firm pillow for each guest, to ensure you have a good night's sleep.

For the comfort of all our guests, this apartment is strictly no-smoking.

Pets are not allowed in the apartment at any time. 

Unusual noise, loud music and parties are not allowed within the Reines 5 building or the apartment. 

If unauthorised behaviours occur a penalty of £500 will be charged for direct and indirect damages.

Cancellation Policy

​

Free cancellation up to 12 weeks before the date of arrival.

Thereafter, up until 8 weeks before the date of arrival, cancellation fee is 50% of the full booking, after which time 100% of the booking is non-refundable. 

​

Prices are fully inclusive, with the exception where VAT needs to be added for Israeli citizens only. 

​

Minimum age for the lead guest must be 35 years old. 

​

No additional guests are entitled to stay in the apartment overnight.

Guests can visit and are required to leave at night time. 

​

All guests undertake to leave the apartment in good condition as they have received it. And to inform us immediately of any damage that has occurred during their stay.
